Terms and Conditions for Workshop Attendance
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration for a TITANBORN Ltd. workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which are incorporated into the contract between you and TITANBORN Ltd. ("the Company"). These Terms apply to all individuals attending the workshop, including any employees, agents, contractors, or other representatives. A binding contract is formed upon our confirmation of your booking.
Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration, and no access to the workshop will be granted without prior full payment. In case payment is not received within 7 days of registration, the booking will be canceled, and any refund will be at the Company’s discretion. Payment is processed via our designated merchant provider or directly to our bank account.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except as stated below:
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is communicated at least 7 days before the workshop date.
If cancellation is made within 7 days of the workshop, only half of the payment will be refunded
Cancellations due to health reasons or injuries will be refunded. TITANBORN Ltd. reserves the right to ask for medical confirmation and will not cover costs occurred by the participant in obtaining that confirmation.
No refunds will be given after the workshop has taken place.
Cancellation by the Company
In the rare case where the Company needs to cancel the workshop, a full refund of the Registration Fee will be provided. We aim to issue refunds within 60 days of cancellation. The Company is not liable for any costs incurred by the participant due to the cancellation.
Postponement or Change of Venue
In cases where the Company needs to postpone the workshop or change the venue, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the postponement is more than 1 month after the original date or the new venue is more than 25 km from the original location, you may cancel your registration for a full refund.
Liability and Disclaimer – Important
The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the workshop. By attending the workshop, you assume all risks associated with participation. The Company is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings, and you must ensure you comply with all health and safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Health and Safety: You are required to follow all safety instructions given by the instructor. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave the workshop with no refund.
Dangerous Items: You may not bring any dangerous items to the workshop. Items deemed hazardous by the Company may result in refusal of participation.
Venue Damage: You are liable for any damage caused by you to the venue or materials used at the workshop. You agree to reimburse the Company for any such damages.
Workshop Materials and Copyright
All materials provided at the workshop, including but not limited to course notes, slides, articles, and case studies, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright law.
You may not remove, reproduce, or use any workshop materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
You are prohibited from removing or violating any copyright notices associated with workshop materials.
Client Conduct
You must act in a manner that does not disrupt the workshop or harm others. If you fail to comply with health and safety instructions or cause disruption, you may be asked to leave, and no refund will be provided.
Liability for Damages
If you cause any damage to the venue or its contents, you will be liable for repair or replacement costs. This includes damage to walls, fixtures, fittings, or any other property.
Personal Belongings
The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the workshop. You must keep your personal items with you at all times.
Photography and Filming
The Company may photograph or film the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. You may not photograph or record the workshop without prior consent.
Data Protection
We may use the contact details you provide for communication purposes related to the workshop. By registering, you consent to the Company processing your personal data as necessary for workshop purposes. We may share your details with contractors or service providers involved in the event.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
